It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

I was so into Christmas this year. I literally dug out all the decorations on Thanksgiving and waited until Friday to put them up. I even made Anth put up Christmas lights on the house. Two runs to Target later, he had finally finished.

As I am driving home from work, this is what I see:

Oops. The first set he put up clearly said LED on the box. Clearly, they were lying. I turned into our driveway yelling, "Turn them off!" I could not stop laughing. And if you are wondering, yes we do enjoy having our house look like an airplane could land there. Anth has some kind of fascination with LED lights, I guess.So now I have to hunt for more lights. Christmas aisle at Target = mean people. 

On a much more successful note, we went and cut down our Christmas tree on Sunday! It was a beautiful day and Quinn was a nut as usual. She wanted to run everywhere which made picking one out rather difficult.

But look at this face!

 Girl loves her leopard.

She would fall to her knees whenever I threatened to pick her up. 

Where do they learn this from?!

We finally got around to putting the lights on it last night, so I am off to Hobby Lobby or Michael's to get some lime green ornaments. I am dead set on having a green and silver tree this year. Or maybe a green and silver wreath. Damn Pinterest. Always makes you think you are more creative than you are!
